Program Planning Partnership: Pilot Project 2024

As I continue to listen to my clients and refine my services to meet the needs of the ever-changing learning and development space, I have received requests for face time that isn’t about me creating courses for my clients, but rather to provide an opportunity for them to partner with an expert in the learning and development space so they can create better and more transformative learning experiences for their audiences.

Get 1:1 Support to Bring Your Training Ideas to Life

Because I’ve built this business listening to my clients, I’m launching a pilot program in January 2024 called The Program Planning Partnership. This pilot project will offer my clients 1:1 planning sessions, question and answer periods, and access to over 20 years of experience in the learning and development space to help you get your training projects off the ground.

If you’ve got big training plans for 2024, but you’re not sure where to start, or you’re looking to inject a different approach to learning and need some guidance to ensure you’re taking the right steps, this pilot project is for you.

Create Space to Plan Your Training Ideas

The bulk of my work focuses on done-for-you learning solutions, but more often than not, clients want to pick my brain or talk to me about future training options that go beyond the scope of work we’ve contracted. I always try to point people in the right direction, especially because I’m so passionate about ensuring educational projects are not half-assed. But without a formal container with which to direct my clients, we don’t always get to plan and map out future projects the way we want to. Enter The Program Planning Partnership.

The Program Planning Partnership will provide clients with focused, 1:1 attention, solutions, direction, coaching, and insight about creating educational content. This program is for you if don’t want or need to hire someone to create all of your learning content, but you DO want that extra support behind the scenes to move forward with confidence.

You want a thinking partner.

You want an expert in your back pocket guiding your creation.

You want to be able to bounce ideas off someone who’s been there and done that.

What Can the Program Planning Partnership Help You with in 2024 and Beyond?
