1. No Refunds
All purchases made for services, programs, or digital resources are non-refundable. This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
Live workshops and programs.
Digital downloads, templates, and course materials.
Custom consulting, instructional design, or training services.
2. Commitment to Quality
We are confident in the value of our services and the impact they provide. By enrolling in a program or purchasing a service, you agree to fully commit to the process and make the most of the resources and support provided and to agree to the Terms and Conditions of any contract taken up between the service provider (Heather Deveaux Learning & Development) and the user (you).
3. Program Cancellations
In the rare event that a program or service must be canceled by Heather Deveaux Learning & Development, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session or program of equal value.
4. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from participating, please contact us at heathedeveaux@gmail.com prior to the start of the program or service. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward future services.
