When I first launched my business, I sold a self-directed program teaching entrepreneurs how to create online courses in just 30 days. It was a great business model and an even better product, but I quickly realized that many of my clients were stuck in the same cycle of selling low-value offers. Online courses have their place and I’ve found a nice little niche for myself creating training programs for non-profit organizations and corporations. My secret is selling complete, end-to-end solutions and I’ve designed my own 4-step system that gives me loads of time…and money. Every second entrepreneur I talk to about online courses is a social media marketing expert. And with good reason: There are loads of businesses that need help. But selling content by the post or even monthly packages can be tiresome.
